Jerelyne is a licensed occupational therapist at Brooks Rehabilitation and a certified health education specialist in Jacksonville, FL. She specializes in inpatient neurologic and orthopedic rehabilitation, in which she champions identifying the unique physical, emotional, and psychological needs of older adults and their families. She is a strong advocate for health literacy, diversity, equity, and inclusion as an adult with an upper limb difference and a Filipino-American. In addition, she is the Co-Founder of Florida Aging in Place Coalition. Jerelyne completed her bachelor’s degree in Applied Physiology and Kinesiology and master’s degree (M.S.) in Health Education and Behavior prior to earning her Masters in Occupational Therapy from the University of Florida.
