Joakim Halvorsen PT, MSc., is the clinical development physical therapist at Forsterket rehabilitering Aker, Helseetaten, Norway. Mr. Halvorsen specializes in stroke rehabilitation and has extensive experience in providing high-intensity gait training. He is currently involved in implementation research and educates Norwegian clinicians on neurologic and orthopedic physical therapy. Mr. Halvorsen is also President on the Board of Directors in the Special Interest Group for Neurology, Orthopedics and Rheumatology in the Norwegian Physiotherapist Association.
