Jordan Wentz is an Occupational Therapist at The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and American Occupational Therapy Association board certified pediatric therapist. She currently supervises the inpatient acute care occupational therapy team at the main hospital location in University City as well as the new community hospital in King of Prussia.
Jordan received her Bachelor of Science degree in Health Sciences at Boston University in Boston and stayed at BU for her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy. Jordan graduated with her post-professional occupational therapy doctorate from Salus University in December 2022.
Jordan has worked at CHOP for ten years and during her time has worked on the inpatient rehabilitation unit, in the outpatient department at both the main campus and at a satellite campus in New Jersey as well as in several interdisciplinary clinics. Jordan led the launch of the remedial vision program within the occupational therapy department at CHOP and continues to oversee this program and participates in vision-related research with the concussion team.
Jordan lives in Philadelphia with her English bulldog fur-baby and loves eating her way through the city, supporting her Atlanta sports teams and traveling whenever and wherever possible.
Jordan loves working as an OT, especially at CHOP, because her day-to-day job can change so much while remaining in the profession and at CHOP. She loves working in a profession that promotes participation in life’s meaningful activities and working at a place that truly cares about kids!
