Dr. Lin Zhang is an Associate Professor in the Division of Biostatistics, School of Public Health at the University of Minnesota. Her research is primarily on the development of statistical methodology for analysis of high-dimensional and complex-structured data. Her research areas including variable selection, graphical modeling, functional data analysis, and spatial modeling, with applications to genetics and biomedical imaging data analysis. In addition, Dr. Zhang has a rich experience of consulting for and collaborating with researchers from various biological and biomedical areas. She is a faculty in Biostatistics Department and a member of the Masonic Cancer Center Biostatistics Core at the University of Minnesota, and has been serving as Co-Investigator or Biostatistician in multiple collaboration projects including several clinical trials, providing support for study design, data management, data analysis, and dissemination of study findings.
