Kelli Gary Talley, Ph.D., MPH, OTR/L is an assistant professor at Virginia Commonwealth University in the Department of Rehabilitation Counseling. She has been an occupational therapist for 30 years and a fellow and author/co-author with the VCU TBI Model Systems for nearly 18 years. Her research focuses on outcomes related to racial and ethnic minority groups following TBI and SCI, SCI and veterans, and culturally-based interventions.
