Research Assistant

I am a research assistant in the Neurokinesiology lab at the Emory University School of Medicine in the Department of Medicine and the Division of Geriatrics and Gerontology. In our dance-based interventions, we work to improve balance, mobility, and cognition for older adults with and without motor and cognitive impairments. Our lab seeks to improve quality of life through physical rehabilitative interventions. We are also investigating whether a robot-assisted exercise program designed to increase exercise adherence, strength, and mobility is safe and feasible for people with Parkinson’s disease.
