Dr. Stork is an Assistant Professor of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at McGovern Medical School UTHealth-Houston. He serves as the Medical Director of the Brain Injury and Stroke Rehabilitation programs at TIRR Memorial Hermann. He also evaluates the rehabilitation needs of brain injury patients in the acute care setting at Memorial Hermann-Texas Medical Center where he performs physiatry consults. He completed his residency training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the University of Michigan and then completed a brain injury medicine fellowship at the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago (now Shirley Ryan AbilityLab). He is involved in medical education where he serves as the Co-Director of the Medical Student Experience in the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, as well as Assistant Fellowship Director of the Brain Injury Fellowship program at McGovern Medical School/TIRR Memorial Hermann.
