A. Personal Statement: Army Veteran and caregiver that has worked in healthcare since 1985, Registered Nurse since 1990, and progressed to research in 2010. Able to lead, support, follow, or work behind-the scenes; wherever this quintessential team player can best serve the mission. Present responsibilities: recruit, prescreen, screen, consent, qualitative interviews, data entry, secondary site staff training and support, collaboration with data acquisition and analytic service, rapid analysis collaboration, database development, testing, monitoring, and training, transcribe interviews and review transcriptions, collaboration for development, evaluation, dissemination and/or presentation of prescreening tools, interview guides, project presentations, vignettes, caregiver resources, barriers (with recommendations), deliverables, manuscripts, consults, and meetings as needed. Fill the chasm that frequently exists between the research realm and the healthcare reality.
