Warren received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Utah. His education has also included several published abstracts and manuscripts on movement disorders rehabilitation and falls. He has also collaborated with the National Institutes of Health in Washington DC. He is the only outpatient APTA neurological clinical specialist treating pediatric patients in Southeastern Idaho. He also teaches as an adjunct professor in the Physical Therapy Assistant Program at Brigham Young University - Idaho.
