Brahim Brahmi received the B.Eng. degree from the Electronic and Automatic department of University of Science and Technology, Oran, Algeria in 2011, Master's degree in computer and control system from Lviv Polytechnic National University in Lviv, Ukraine in 2014. He received a Ph.D. in Engineering from the École de Technologie Supérieure (ÉTS) in Montreal, Quebec, Canada in 2019. With his thesis and specialization being in Nonlinear Control and Robotics. Recently, he joined Electrical department at college Ahuntsic, Canada as professor. From July 2019 to July 2020, he held a postdoctoral research fellow in Musculoskeletal Biomechanics Research Lab at Mechanical Engineering Department, McGill University. He is a member of the Control and Energy Management Lab, bio-robotics research lab, and an Associate Researcher at the GREPCI-Lab, ETS, Montreal, QC, Canada. His research interests are in Nonlinear and Adaptive control, bio-Robotics, Rehabilitation robots, fundamental motion control concepts for nonholonomic/underactuated vehicle systems, Haptics system, intelligent and autonomous control of unmanned systems, Intelligent systems, and Machine learning. He serves as a regular referee and associate editor for many international journals in the field of Control and Robotics.
