Dr. Chapman-Hilliard is an associate professor in the Department of Counseling and Human Development Services at the University of Georgia. Her research focuses broadly in the areas of social justice related topics with an emphasis on the role cultural assets and community knowledge in reducing mental health and educational disparities among African descent populations and persons living with disability.
