Yu-Lun Chen, PhD, OTR/L is Postdoctoral Fellow and Associate Research Scientist at Kessler Foundation. Dr. Chen completed her PhD in Occupational Therapy at New York University. She is committed to improving the health and participation outcomes of children with disabilities. Dr. Chen's research focuses on the social and environmental correlates of health among children with disabilities. Her earlier research explores the role of school environments in the social engagement of children on the autism spectrum in integrated education. Currently, Dr. Chen is developing a program of research on the social and environmental factors that contribute to racial, ethnic, and language disparities in children's use of healthcare services and health outcomes.
