Lorie is an occupational therapist with more than a decade of experience across a variety of settings including acute and inpatient rehabilitation, skilled nursing, home-based therapy, and volunteer work abroad. She received her Master’s in Occupational Therapy from the University of Southern California, then went on to complete her Doctorate at Boston University. She holds multiple neuro-related certifications and currently maintains a split role in clinical care and research, working in acute care hospital setting and a stroke research lab.
