Amy Kemp, PhD CCC-SLP, is a post-doc fellow in polytrauma/traumatic brain injury rehabilitation research. Her research interests revolve around how the brain processes information for learning, memory, and decision-making, specifically during health education in therapeutic or medical settings. Amy is especially interested in cognitive aging populations, including older adults with and without neuropathological aging. By utilizing her minor areas of specialty in public health and mixed methods, Amy is skilled in assessing barriers and facilitators of decision-making and processing in different populations.
