Emily Shi-Hui Yeung is a Master's Candidate in Medical Sciences at the University of Toronto, Toronto, ON, Canada. She completed a Bachelor of Health Sciences (Honours) at Queen’s University, Kingston, ON, Canada in 2023. She has worked in the Neuropsychiatric lab under the supervision of Dr. Elvina Chu for the past three years and in 2022, she has completed an annual psychiatric research presentation to the Department of psychiatry at Queen’s University on the study, a retrospective clinical case study on Neuropsychiatric Features of Traumatic Brain Injury. In 2022, she has also completed a preliminary quality improvement assessing the effects of passive classical music played in an acute psychiatric in-patient unit in Kingston General Hospital improves patient experience. She presented a poster and oral presentation twice on her quality improvement study during the Kingston General Hospital Physician Quality Showcase in the Summer and Fall of 2022.
