Anastasia (Stacie) Raymer, Ph.D., CCC-SLP, is a Professor of Communication Disorders at Old Dominion University, Norfolk, Virginia. For 35 years her research has examined aphasia and praxis disorders and means to promote their optimal rehabilitation following stroke. She has published more than 75 articles and chapters. She is an ASHA Fellow and past president of the Academy of Neurologic Communication Disorders and Sciences.
